1. The Marshall Islands Administration vide Marine Safety Advisory No. 07-20 (copy attached) has informed that with effect from 24 February 2020, the Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance Part I (DMLC Part I) will be issued in electronic format only. An original hard copy will no longer be provided.
   
   
2. Each electronic DMLC Part I will include a Unique Tracking Number (UTN) located in the lower left corner of the document and can be verified via the Administrator’s Vessel Document Verification page, using the UTN.
   
   
3. A valid DMLC Part I issued before 24 February 2020 may still be maintained in original hard copy form aboard
   the vessel and does not need to be re-issued in electronic form.
   
   
4. Ship owners/ operators and masters of Marshall Islands flagged ships are advised to be guided by above.
