Download PDF1. In view of the conflict in the Black sea region and adjoining regions, Indian Administration vide M.S. Notice No. 02 of 2022 has advised all Indian flagged vessels to exercise caution in the area and comply with the directives issued by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, in the matter from time to time.
2. The directives issued by MEA are available at MEA website: https://www.mea.gov.in/
3. Further, vide M.S. Notice No. 03 of 2022, Administration has advised that a 24 x 7 helpline has been set up for all shipping related matters. Contact details of the 24 x 7 helpline are as follows:
