  1. Please find attached Circular from Indian Flag Administration giving statistics for PSC and FSI inspections for the month of December 2015.
  2. Ship owners and managers are requested to bring above to the notice of ship staff and ensure verification of existence of similar deficiency on their ship. Appropriate corrective/ preventive action is to be taken for any deficiency noted.
