1. United States Coast Guard has issued latest Port security advisory (1-18) (copy attached).

2. The Advisory evaluate the effectiveness of anti-terrorism measures in foreign ports and provides for the imposition of conditions of entry on vessels arriving to the United States from countries that do not maintain effective anti-terrorism measures.

3. Ship owners/operators and masters are advised to be guided by above.
