IRS has received accreditation from Dutch Accreditation Council RvA and is an independent verifier

for the EU MRV regulations.

The accreditation has been awarded based on the requirements of ISO 17029 and ISO 14065, EU
Regulations 2015/757 as amended, Delegated Regulation EU 2023/2917 and EU ETS as amended by
DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/959.

IRS can undertake:

• Assessment of Monitoring plans

• Verification of emission reports and partial emissions reports for measurement of GHG emitted from ships and issuance of Document of Compliance

• Verification of Company Level Emissions Reports and issuance of Document of Compliance

• Verification of EU ETS voyage reports
